Plane skids to safe landing in Florida -- on one wheel
OPA-LOCKA, Florida (CNN) -- The twin-engine private plane was in trouble -- as it prepared to land Wednesday, one of its wheels wouldn't come down. As television carried the drama live, the pilot circled the airport in Opa-Locka, Florida, to use up fuel and then decided it was time to bring the plane in -- with the landing gear still stuck.
