Neil Cameron
Neil Cameron is the co-series producer of CNN's MILLENNIUM.
Cameron is owner of Takeaway Media, a production company that in 1995 began the topical series, "Leviathan." This critically acclaimed series investigates the history behind the stories making headlines. "Leviathan" began on radio before moving to television in 1997.
From 1992-95, Cameron produced two documentary series about the economic changes in the former Soviet Union and the award-winning 13-part documentary, "History's Turning Points," for The Learning Channel.
Cameron began his television career at the BBC producing science programs on such subjects as genetics, chemistry and neurobiology. During his 12-year career at the BBC, Cameron also worked for the history series "Timewatch," in which he directed a drama about Napoleon's exile on St. Helena, the film "Account of a Forgotten Army" and documentaries on the Turin Shroud and Charles Darwin.
Cameron holds a doctorate in microbiology.
