Cities with fastest and slowest Web connectivity

(IDG) -- Milwaukee has the fastest Web connectivity in the U.S., according to regional data from Keynote's Business 40 Web performance index. Site download times for most cities vary weekly depending on regional Web usage volume, as well as network traffic or outages.
