ATLANTA (CNN) -- Expect an Internet traffic jam on Friday after the House votes to authorize public release of a report that, sources say, accuses President Clinton of perjury and obstruction of justice.

CNN Interactive is one of several Web sites providing access to the report so that millions of people can sit at their computer screens and read the information -- some of it sexually graphic -- gathered by Independent Counsel Ken Starr.

Internet service providers are preparing for the rush, as you'll see for yourself in this report from CNN's Rick Lockridge.
