The panel met yesterday for about six hours after getting that case. And for more, CNN's Maria Hinojosa now live from Albany with more on this. Marina, good morning. MARIA HINOJOSA, CNN CORRESPONDENT: Good morning, Bill. Juror will reconvene at 9:15 this morning, and the first thing they've asked to hear read back is the testimony of the only eyewitness to the shooting. She confirmed that one of the officers yelled "gun" before the shooting began, but she also said that the officers continued to shoot even while Amadou Diallo was down. Yesterday, after hearing instructions from the judge that lasted for three hours, the jury began deliberating and almost immediately asked to have read back the testimony of the two officers who emptied their guns shooting 16 rounds at an unarmed Amadou Diallo. The jurors wanted to hear the testimony from the time the officers stepped out of the car until after they left the scene. Outside the courtroom yesterday, the largest demonstration by supporters of the police, those demonstrators saying that if these police officers are found guilty, then it will hamper other officers from doing their job. Also yesterday, in the Bronx, where Amadou Diallo was killed and where many believe he was an innocent victim of racial profiling, a prayer and peace walk was called by clergy asking for calm no matter what the verdict. (BEGIN VIDEO CLIP) ELDER GREGORY CLARK, ECCLESIA CHURCH: Have better relations between the community and the public and the police department. In spite of what happens today, we don't want our home torn up by anything just because of opinion. We want our home to remain the same. (END VIDEO CLIP) HINOJOSA: Now, the anonymous and sequestered jury has also asked the judge to clarify for them later this morning what is the difference between murder with depraved indifference and murder with intention? The officers could be found guilty of either second-degree murder, manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide, with sentences ranging from 25 years to life to no prison time and only probation.
