World goes bug-eyed for the four-wheeled Beetle

(CNN) -- Beetle-mania is hitting the streets once again.

Fans are going buggy for the restyled version of the classic Volkswagen Beetle, with its built-in vase and new '90s look. The new Bug is starting to arrive in dealer showrooms across the country, much to the delight of drivers who plunked down $500 just to be on a waiting list. So far, the word on the street is nothing but positive.
